SKF TIH 030M/230V Induction Heater
SKF’s new TIH 030m induction heater in a smaller size combines high heating power with mobility. Its compact, lightweight design makes the TIH 030m easy to move. Positioning the induction coil outside the heater housing enables the heating of bearings up to 40 kg. The heater is equipped with an overheating protection to protect the electronics and induction coil.
In addition to the temperature-based function, the TIH 030 also features time-based heating, which enables the heating of other components such as bearings. The heater is supplied with three (3) yokes and is available in two different versions: 230V/50-60Hz and 100-110V/ 50-60Hz.
SKF’s m20 concept
m20 indicates the weight (kg) of an SRB 231 bearing that can be heated from 20 to 110 °C (68 … 230 °F) in 20 minutes. This describes the heater’s actual power output and not its power consumption: kVA.
